This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
hm, didn't think i could like a guy's artwork this much... the black and white photos make it look like you're carved out of stone, that must feel nice under someone elses fingertips...

Drop Sets - yeah you do as many as you can and then drop weight and do as many as you can of the next weight, and so on, and so on until you are exhausted. The good thing about doing these is that they are great for muscle growth AND they are a cardio workout as well so they get you cut up too. You can do drop sets for any muscle group they are actually more effective for shoulders and biceps but i do them for everything because cardio is soooo boring!
To answer your question on how often i work out. I try to get in 5-6 days a week 3-4 of weight lifting and 2-3 of boxing training and basketball (weight lifting can get so boring). But i have to admit over the past year i have been getting REAL lazy and have dropped down to 2-3 days a week most weeks.

Thanx for answering my question about that picture.
I have never done drop sets before. Do you just do as many as you can on each set, then drop wait and do as many as you can then repeat? How many days a week do you work out?
